CrossFit Dix Hills is a 3,200 sq. ft. strength and conditioning facility conveniently located on Jericho Turnpike in Dix Hills, NY. CrossFit Dix Hills was established by four friends who each had their lives positively impacted by CrossFit training and the outstanding community that comes along with it.

We have learned the mechanics and fundamentals of movement, fitness and nutrition from some of the best coaches/instructors and athletes in the world and seek to establish a community open to anyone willing to work hard, push physical and mental limits, and be among other motivated and inspiring people.

We use CrossFit programming to increase our general physical fitness across all domains: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.
