Coach Chad started CrossFit in 2010 and began coaching in July 2013. He has become a staple in the local competition circuit and thrives on getting the most out of himself and his athletes. In addition to his athletic and technical coaching prowess, Coach Chad possesses knowledge of nutrition and healthy living that is guaranteed to catapult your fitness level and overall health to new heights.
Coach Chad is registered with USA Weightlifting and holds various certifications, including CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Kettlebell and CrossFit Movement & Mobility. He is also an accomplished chef.
As a former NCAA award-winning lacrosse player and team captain for the C.W. Post Pioneers, athletics and fitness has always played a major role in Coach Peter’s life. Looking to fill the void when his playing days ended, he found CrossFit in January 2013 and was instantly hooked by its competitive nature and emphasis on teamwork and camaraderie. Coach Peter has become extremely devoted to his training and, in 2014 he helped CrossFit 212 in New York City qualify for the 2014 Northeast Regional team competition.
Coach Peter is a Crossfit Level 2 Certified Trainer and holds the CrossFit Weightlifting Certificate. He is also a New York State bar admitted attorney.
